No fuss, no commitment. Get to know who we are and what we stand for, get a feel for our space and vibe within the gym. Based on what you want to achieve we will be able to make recommendations on the services we think are most suitable to you. You may want to train in a group, small group or just one to one with a coach, whatever it is we will help you figure all that out. Once you have all of the information you need and all of your questions answered you’ll be able to make the best decision possible.
STEP 2
ON RAMP / PERSONAL TRAINING
We begin our services with the choice of a beginners group session or 3 x 1-2-1 sessions. We take the time to teach you how to move, watch how you move and improve how you move before you start on your individual path. Our goal is to keep you safe, empower you to improve your own movement so you can jump into our coaching services with confidence. We want you to become familiar with our nine foundational movements, this will help you get off to a great start.
STEP 3
BOOK YOUR SESSIONS
We will show you how to download our mobile app so you can start booking your coaching services & begin logging your workouts. This is the exciting part, others members will reach out to you and welcome you to the community. They’ll show you the ropes and help you find your way around everything. Your coach will keep tabs on you and monitor your progress over the next coming weeks. If starting CrossFit you may wish to purchase one of our beginner boxes which includes a skipping rope, hand grips, tape and a few Solv goodies.
