Have your kids ever asked you to play football with them? Have they asked to go swimming, cycling, hiking, etc, etc?

Most of us, when these opportunities arise would love to have all the confidence in the world to go “YES! Let’s go!”

What if you’re not 100% confident in the water, fit enough to play football for longer than 15 minutes or confident enough to go hiking over uncertain terrain. For a large majority of parents in the UK this is a common issue.

CrossFit’s methodology specifically aims to prepare an individual for the unknown and unknowable. The goal is to get fit across all aspects of fitness. Strength, speed, power, balance, endurance, stamina, coordination, accuracy, flexibility & agility. These skills are considered essential for any and all forms of sport or exercise.

In our classes we expose to you these skills regularly to ensure that no matter what’s tasks creep up in your life, you will be able to tackle them with some confidence.
