How do you create long term change when things haven’t been going as planned for a while?
You need a KICKSTART.

Nutrition coaching is an ongoing service at Solv that serves both members and non members but KICKSTART IS DIFFERENT.

Kickstart Nutrition is a 6 week programme that does exactly what it says on the tin. It kick-STARTS the process of creating long term change by improving habits one at a time.

When it comes to food, lifestyle and habits, we assume we have to change every single thing all at once. We often fail or avoid trying all together due to the enormity of the task. But like a skyscraper in the making we have to lay a solid foundation and build one floor at time.

So here is what you need to know about KICKSTART NUTRITION:

  • 6 Weeks of Remote Nutrition Coaching

  • Weekly group check-in with our Director Of Nutrition, Charlotte.

  • Accountability through our points system via sugarWOD.

  • Before & After Body Scan to showcase your results.

  • Private Nutrition guides and learning manuals from our educational portal.

  • A positive group environment full of support from your peers rather than going it alone.

  • An opportunity to continue working on your nutrition with a coach, taking you deeper into a more individualised approach at the end of the programme.

  • £22.50 Per Week

  • We can only accommodate up to 15 participants total (New members start with a nutrition kickstart upon joining Solv so we expect spaces to fill quickly.)
