about the programme

Wise & Well Strength Club is a group coaching programme aimed at helping people over 50 build strength, improve flexibility & build a hedge against symptoms of ageing.

Each session is coached by an empathic professional who’s main focus is to keep clients safe whilst improving health markers relative to each client’s desired result.

Our coaches will look after you, show you how to do everything & help you plot a path to success.


You will have a network of people to connect with about your progress and goals. Get lifestyle advice from our coaches and review your progress every 90 days.

Certified Coaches

Our coaches are trained, educated, and certified to lead group classes. They know how to keep you safe while helping you reach your potential.


When you exercise alone, coming to the gym can feel like a chore. Group workouts are lively and exciting. You might find yourself looking forward to exercising.
